This sensational, well-aged Crafted Blend consists of 50% Islay malt whisky and 50% single grain whisky, all distilled in 1988. It is a marriage of three legendary Islay malts, Bowmore, Caol Ila and Laphroaig, paired with a rich, sweet single grain Lowland whisky from the North British Distillery. We have given this spirit the Gaelic name ‘Air Leth’, meaning ‘exceptional’.
Nose: gentle peat, floral, peach
Palate: barley sugars, floral peat, vanilla
Finish: tropical fruits, gentle peat
